CYLAD Experts Interim Management Roundtable
On June 8, 2022 our first CYLAD Experts IM Round Table took place. The attendees took the chance to exchange ideas, get to know other team members personally and learn about the new partnership between DSIM and CYLAD Experts.
Besides the Apéro Riche there was also “Food for Thought”: How do I become a High Performance Project Manager and create a High Performance Team?
Bruno Glaus presented and explained a “Project Management Toolbox“. Among other things, he presented Tuckman’s 4-phase model of team development: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing.
The personal and learning encounter met with a positive response – which is why we will organize more such events in the future.
